Nutrition Counseling
Lindsay Lannan, a registered dietitian and nutritionist, completed her undergraduate in Food Science and Nutrition at SDSU and her dietetic internship at the UNMC. During your individual consultations, Lindsay will calculate your calorie needs, create a personalized meal plan, provide lessons on grocery shopping and improve your skills in the kitchen to help you reach your wellness goals.
